Agendé mi cita hace 3 semanas, me pidieron un adelanto para hacer mi diseño el cual lo deposité y a la semana les pregunté si ya lo tenían para revisarlo y me dijeron que ese mismo día me lo enseñaban, desde ahi pintaba mal todo. Un día antes de la cita les mande mensaje para pedir ubicación y preguntar si era segura mi cita, me dijeron que si, muy amables. Llegué en punto a mi cita y el chavo que me atendió super de malas, como si me fueran a tatuar gratis, me dijo que el tatuador con el que yo había agendado se "fue" y que no pudieron avisarme pero que cualquier otro podía tatuarme y que me esperara por que apenas estaban empezando a hacer mi diseño. Recalco COMO SI MI TATUAJE ME LO FUERAN A REGALAR, le pedí de regresó mi dinero ya que yo quería exclusivamente tatuarme con Rafa Jaguar (desde el principio se los mencioné), y me fui. Perdida de tiempo y mala experiencia, además era domingo y parecía que estaban crudos o algo así.
Terrible customer service, I do not recommend this studio at all. I scheduled my appointment 3 weeks ago, they asked me for an advance to make my design which I deposited and a week later I asked them if they already had it to review it and they told me that they would show it to me that same day, from there everything looked bad. One day before the appointment I sent them a message to ask for a location and to ask if my appointment was safe, they said yes, very kind. I arrived on time for my appointment and the guy who attended me super badly, as if they were going to tattoo me for free, told me that the tattoo artist with whom I had scheduled "left" and that they could not notify me but that anyone else could tattoo me and to wait for me because they were just starting to make my design. I emphasize AS IF MY TATTOO WERE GOING TO GIVE IT TO ME, I asked him for my money back since I wanted exclusively to get a tattoo with Rafa Jaguar (I mentioned it to him from the beginning), and I left. Waste of time and bad experience, plus it was Sunday and it seemed like they were raw or something.
