★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado con este hotel, lo que ofrecen en la página no tiene nada que ver.
Puntos malos:
1)El inmueble está totalmente descuidado.
2)Todo el SPA está de terror el 70% no sirve, las sillas rotas.
3) La alberca según te dicen está climatizada y es mentira. Se encuentra helada.
4)El jacuzzi que es lo único que tiene temperatura, el agua está verde y la pintura está descarapelada.
??????? Precaución no caiga en el juego, te cobran como 5 estrellas y no llega ni a 2.
Al dueño de este lugar, debería de tener respeto por los clientes!!!
Los empleados hacen lo mejor que pueden sin apoyó, uno cómo cliente no regresa y listo.
Pero sus empleados Dan la cara por ustedes.
Me sentí totalmente estafado
 Beware of this hotel, what they offer on the page has nothing to do with it.
bad points:
1) The property is totally neglected.
2) The entire SPA is terrifying, 70% do not work, the chairs are broken.
3) The pool as they tell you is heated and it is a lie. It is frozen.
4) The Jacuzzi, which is the only thing that has temperature, the water is green and the paint is peeling.
??????? Caution, don't fall into the game, they charge you like 5 stars and it doesn't even reach 2.
The owner of this place should have respect for the customers!!!
The employees do the best they can without support, one as a client does not return and that's it.
But your employees stand up for you.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La reservación se realizó con mucha anticipación especificando que era una celebración especial y el horario de llegada. Se comunicaron por la mañana para confirmar la reserva nuevamente. Nos llevamos la gran sorpresa que nuestra recámara Junior Suite ya la había ocupado y nos ofrecían una recámara horrible. NUNCA hagan reservación con ellos.
The reservation was made well in advance, specifying that it was a special celebration and the arrival time. They communicated in the morning to confirm the reservation again. We were very surprised that our Junior Suite room had already been occupied and they offered us a horrible room. NEVER make a reservation with them.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es un lugar hermoso! El servicio de spa es muy bueno. Puntos malos: la alberca está un poco fría, a las habitaciones les hace falta mantenimiento y el restaurante deja mucho que desear en precio, porciones y sabor, eso si, la atención del personal es excelente. Gran lugar para descansar y relajarse.
It is a beautiful place! The spa service is very good. Bad points: the pool is a bit cold, the rooms need maintenance and the restaurant leaves a lot to be desired in terms of price, portions and taste, but the attention of the staff is excellent. Great place to rest and relax.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The cleaning staff stole a bottle of gin from my room that was about 80% full. It's not the money, it's the principle.
We left the bottle in the room since we went to check out of the room and told the person in front to please send someone to move the bottle to the beach area. Next thing you know, staff is cleaning the room and they claim there was never a bottle in the room...such a lie!
Anyway, thought I would share my experience here and let you know to be careful if you decide to come to this place.
