★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Don Arturo is one of the oldest sea food restaurants in Monterrey and also they are one of the best. Go for the garlic fishes like Mojarra, the shrimps or soups, most of the dishes I tried are tasty. All dishes come with a good amount of sides as well. About the price, well it goes from moderate to high depending what u ask. Drinks are good too, you can order a single glass or a liter of lemonade for example. Highly recommended.
