Estoy por demandar en profeco, lo peor, impuntual, mal trato, mal servicio, 3 años y medio de tratamiento de brackets, levante mi queja con ella y ahí empeoró todo. Lousy served by the orthodontist! I am about to sue in prophecy, the worst, unpunctual, bad treatment, bad service, 3 and a half years of treatment of brackets, I raised my complaint with her and everything got worse there.

No pude ni a llegar a consulta por el servicio TAN MALO de las secretarias, tienen la peor actitud del mundo, no anotan las citas, te contestan como si te hicieran un favor.. estuvieron posponiendome la cita por 2 semanas... Yo requeria un servicio a domicilio, hable con el medico y me dijo que si tenia ese tipo de servicio, si embargo las señoritas me decian que no tenian el servicio hasta que les indique que el doctor había dicho que si, me dieron una cita que no anotaron.. me trajeron 2 semanas hablando para que me dieran una cita. No se si el servicio dental sea bueno.. no llegue ahí... ojala que vean que las secretarias les estan quitando pacientes... I do not put less stars because there are not. I could not even get to a consultation for the SO BAD service of the secretaries, they have the worst attitude in the world, they do not write down appointments, they answer you as if they were doing you a favor .. they were postponing my appointment for 2 weeks ... I required A home service, I spoke with the doctor and he told me that if I had that type of service, however the ladies told me that they did not have the service until I told them that the doctor had said yes, they gave me an appointment that they did not write down .. they brought me 2 weeks talking to give me an appointment. I don't know if the dental service is good ... don't get there ... hopefully they see that the secretaries are taking patients away ...
