Nice except the elevator is broken every week

Quiet, clean, fast wifi, hot water, Netflix, closet to beach, walking distance to everithing on 5th, roof top with amacing view, what else could you want?

Perfect location and very comfortable apartments. The service is very attentive and nice. Definitely the best option in town!

Unfortunately it’s very loud here, construction/ wood sawing ? ? noise in the mornings. Additionally you definitely hear your neighbors or the cleaning staff from above moving furniture in the mornings too. No isolation or noise reduction architecturally. Not a peaceful place. Showers have very low water pressure. No walk-in closets. Layout of the apartments not smart, big kitchen, small bedrooms with no walk-in closets. Two stars for the modern look, design and high quality sink& toilet; and the tiles in the bathroom and on the floors throughout the apartment.

The condos look amazing, i went to inquire about availability and prices.... the woman at the front could not be bothered and was on her cellphone without even looking at us. Worst vibe i have felt in all of playa del carmen.

We didn’t get the deposit back and the communication was bad with the manager. The look of the Appartement is great but it developed mold during the raining season. The WiFi is also very bad. It was also very noisy a lot of the time. The bedroom is very small and the kitchen/living room is bigger but has no windows, so while cooking often the fire alarm was turned on (also others had problems with that because we could here there alarms often) There was also cockroaches in kitchen, that we couldn’t get rid of even with the help of the staff. The rooftop has a nice view. We loved the interior of it but in the end we were really happy to leave.

??BUYER BEWARE?? Carolina Cruz (Extortionist) I now need a lawyer who can help me. We were recently staying at Mayank Monk and the building manager negotiated as agent on behalf of the unit owners on a 6 months agreement. I paid a deposit, I signed a contract, the deposit received and was signed and so was the first months rent $2200 USD received. They are now saying there in fact is no contract because I did not receive a signed contract back and the building manager did not have permission to act on their behalf. They did accept my deposit, they did accept my $2200 USD and now have told me I have TWOOOOOOO days to get out. Keep in mind the penthouse beside me is renting for $5000 I am feeling the found a new tenant and are blaming it on a leak 3 floors down that has nothing to do with my unit. In fact they forced us out because they cut the power and water off. My elderly 75 year older father nearly had a heart attack and fainted. Upon checking out the front desk attendant confirmed the water leak was all a lie and the new tenant was checking in today. They made up a fake lawyer to WhatsApp message us and threaten to remove us by force? We spend all our time in Vallarta and are familiar with rental and landlord laws but this feels like extortion? Never ever ever come to this property full of lies and scams.

I been staying here 2 months now and absolutley love it. Zoraida, Francisco, Gil and David from admin, front desk and security are very attentive and awesome host. It has all the amenities you need,very clos to the beach and down town. What i love the most is the roof top pool with an amazing view. If you work from online or just visiting by your self or with family i recomend this place.
