En su página ofrecen servicio a domicilio en pedidos superiores a $100 mi experiencia hice un pedido de mayor por mucho a esa cantidad, confirmaron datos, día de entrega y el día que se les esperaba pues... Que siempre NO que fuera a la tienda o vendian mi pedido en 48 horas. Trate incluso de pagar adicional la entrega pagando por mi cuenta el transporte a mi domicilio, nunca me atendio el responsable en sus 3 números telefónicos JAMÁS contestaron, via whatsapp NUNCA quisieron decir quien me atendia
Total fui a la tienda a recoger el pedido el cual NO me permitieron revisar apropiadamente me hicieron esperar media hora en atenderme y al llegar y checar porque no cambiaron los modelos de la mercancía que pedí
PESIMO tal vez cuando vayan es recomendable solo comprar en tienda NO sobre pedido y obviamente cundo te permitan entrar
Terrible service. On their page they offer home service on orders over $ 100 my experience I made a larger order for much more than that amount, data confirmed, delivery day and the day they were expected because ... Always NOT to go to the store or they sold my order in 48 hours. I even tried to pay additional delivery by paying for my transportation to my home, the person in charge of his 3 phone numbers never answered me, they NEVER answered, via whatsapp they NEVER wanted to say who was treating me
Total I went to the store to pick up the order which they did NOT allow me to check properly they made me wait half an hour to attend me and on arrival and check because the models of the merchandise I ordered did not change
PESIMO maybe when they go it is recommended to only buy in store NOT on request and obviously when they allow you to enter
