La Dra Francis es muy profesional y acertada había intentado con otros dermatólogos y ella ha sido la única q le interesó saber el origen de mi problema me ordenó unos estudios para descartar algo interno y me realizó un tratamiento en su consultorio junto con cremas mi recuperación ha sido favorable. Fue puntual en su cita .
Super happy with the results. Dr. Francis is very professional and successful, she had tried with other dermatologists and she was the only one who was interested in knowing the origin of my problem, she ordered some studies to rule out something internal and she performed a treatment in her office along with creams. My recovery has been favorable. He was on time for his appointment.

It took me a week to book an appointment for botox, then a week before it was due I get an email saying that they can't keep it because it's a public holiday (didn't they know that?) and they will have to rebook me. I say fine and suggest a few more dates. No response on their part. I follow up. No response. I follow up again since it's almost time for my trip to Playa del Carmen. No response. The result? I couldn't get my botox as planned. Seriously, super unprofessional. How can you trust someone who can't even be trusted to take a booking?
