Long line every time I make a payment. They should have a module to deal with complaints and service problems and exclusive boxes for payment.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El peor servicio al cliente. Cobran hasta por cancelar el contrato pagado. Suben la mensualidad sin avisar. Cuando uno se queja del mal servicio no dan una solución, le hace falta mejor servicio a las cajeras y atención al cliente.
The worst customer service. They charge up to cancel the paid contract. They raise the monthly payment without warning. When you complain about bad service, they don't give a solution, you need better service from the cashiers and customer service.
