★ ★ ★ ★ ★ HE usado el servicio postal y aunque ha sido algo lento, han llegado bien toas las cosas que he enviado, el problema fue hoy, sábado 10 de marzo, que a pesar de que se supone, cierran a las 12, a las 11:30, ya estaba cerrado, los trabajadores se retiraban y no recibían envíos, porque la chica de recepción, se va siempre a las 11. Parece que no desquitan su salario, pues ni siquiera se quedan toda la jornada laboral y por lo que dijeron, eso es todos los sábados, quien sabe a que hora se retiren entre semana.
I have used the postal service and although it has been somewhat slow, all the things I have sent have arrived, the problem was today, Saturday, March 10, which despite being supposed to close at 12, at 11:30 , it was already closed, the workers were leaving and they did not receive shipments, because the girl at the reception always leaves at 11am. It is every Saturday, who knows what time they retire during the week.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ EXCELENTE atención por parte del personal, pero mucha lentitud en recepción de envíos internacionales (desde 45 a 90-120 días, aproximadamente), principalmente por el tiempo que tarda aduana en liberar los paquetes. Pero ninguno de ellos se ha perdido. ¡Importante solicitar servicio de seguimiento en paquetes internacionales! El precio vale mucho la pena, pero no para envíos urgentes.
EXCELLENT attention from the staff, but very slow in receiving international shipments (from 45 to 90-120 days, approximately), mainly due to the time it takes customs to release the packages. But none of them is lost. Important to request tracking service on international packages! The price is very worth it, but not for urgent shipments.
