This is the c.e.r.g.a service, it's useless for you to make an appointment because they pass it by the h.u.e.v.o.s. It is the most inefficient and incapable INE module of the entire CDMX

Very poor organization they make an appointment and you still have to line up no matter the time set in the appointment, the staff is late it's 1:00 p.m.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De nada sirve que llegues a tiempo a tu cita, te mandan a un cuartito donde hay más gente esperando y pude percatarme que hay personas que tenían cita más tarde que yo y como llegaron mucho antes pues obviamente pasan primero… no llevan realmente un control de los horarios
It is useless for you to arrive on time for your appointment, they send you to a small room where there are more people waiting and I was able to realize that there are people who had an appointment later than me and since they arrived much earlier, they obviously go first... they don't really keep track of the schedules

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No había mucha gente cuando fui, todos fueron muy amables, la atención fue rápida. Fueron muy comprensivos, ya que llevaba a mi bebé, aún así pude realizar mi trámite de cambio de domicilio sin ningún problema.
There weren't many people when I went, everyone was very friendly, the attention was fast. They were very understanding, since I was carrying my baby, even so I was able to carry out my change of address process without any problem.

Me parece pésimo que no haya ni siquiera un techito para que las personas puedan esperar sin tener que sufrir del sol o la lluvia
