★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Hola, oigan una pregunta fui a sacár mi prenda y no encontre abierto la sucursal, pase a las 10: 30 y se encontraba cerrada, regrese a la 1:30 y de igual modo cerrada, segun yo queria sacar la prenda para no pagar otro mes de interes y no se logro el objetivo, quiero saber si se respetata a los clientes, que no pudieron hacer movientos el dia de hoy por cuestion de ustedes y no cobrar el interes del mes de enero.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, nunca contestan los teléfonos, correos ni nada. Y los empleados son prepotentes y descorteses, hasta que te ven inconforme te atienden bien.
Terrible service, they never answer the phones, emails or anything. And the employees are pushy and rude, until they see you dissatisfied they take good care of you.
