Fui a su estudio para la primer clase de YOGA y cuando llego, me explicaron que es una asociación de desarrollo humano,.. ( tal vez excellente ( ?) ) pero no tienen clases de YOGA.. solo clases de movimiento.. con danza y musica. pero sin ningún asanas de YOGA.. cuando yo dije fue un mal uso de mi tiempo, la directora se enojo y me dijo,, Hay muchos, muchos variantes de YOGA.. no hay definición exacto de YOGA...
