★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Para ser un centro de atención está muy pequeño, tienes pocos equipos en exhibición y disponibles, no tienen la cortesía para tratar al cliente. La persona que está en la puerta no es cortés, no ofrecen gel antibacterial, no toman la temperatura y no exigen sanitizar el calzado ni aplicarse el gel. No sé ponen de acuerdo para atender al cliente y el que recibe al cliente no tiene la seguridad de con que ejecutivo debe pasar el cliente.
 To be a service center it is very small, you have few equipment on display and available, they do not have the courtesy to treat the client. The person at the door is not courteous, they do not offer antibacterial gel, they do not take the temperature and they do not require sanitizing the shoes or applying the gel. I do not know how they agree to serve the client and the person who receives the client is not sure with which executive the client should pass.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio de atención al cliente en Carmen, no hay cajero solo uno atiende y cobra, te tienen en la calle en el Sol....que poca....estás afuera una hora y pagas en dos minutos....telefonía bien, pero el trato al cliente cada día peor ....hagan algo señores, y siguen igual....ya cambien de local...
Terrible customer service in Carmen, there is no cashier, only one attends and collects, they have you on the street in Sol....that little....you are out for an hour and pay in two minutes....telephony fine, but customer service gets worse every day...do something, gentlemen, and it's still the same...already change locations...
