S	Sally Sandoval on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ If you are in a rush don't come here. Expect to wait for an hour before your drinks come out and close to another hour for your food. Not worth the wait, the portions are slim and the food was not worth it for two hours waisted of beach bumming time.

So just charged us for a meal we didn't get to eat. Customer service was terrible and the food was the worst I've had in Playa del Carmen by far. Avoid this place for sure. The problem is that they took the food away and said they would fix it and then took over an hour before we flagged them down to come back to our table, after doing nothing to fix the situation. I understand food isn't always to everyone's taste, but our dishes were sickening and the customer service was horrible.

m	magali ornelas on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ This is as slow as it can be we waited for our food for an hour, when we told the waiter to bring the drinks with the food he told us we should have told him before, so our drinks got warm while waiting for our breakfast, I ordered de mexicano waffle and the waffle was pretty "meh" and the topping was barely warm (as if it was sitting there for a while) we told the water to change our drinks and he blamed it on us bc we didn't drank them. If you have time you can check other people reviews and it seems this restaurant is full of excuses, they won't own and fix their mistakes, if anything goes wrong they will blame it on you.
P	Pedro Collazo on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ One of the best places in Playa Del Carmen is Mr. Waffle between Fifth Avenue and 10thSt. The Atmosphere is clean, good music and the most important beside the food it's the cordiality of the personal one off them is Oscar who was tray to pleased demand. Thanks Oscar for your effort you are a real customer service???
I	Is Ysk on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Our third time at Mr Waffle and we will continue to come back! Oscar takes good care of us and is always very polite and friendly. Is also a plus he is bilingual so make things lot easier. The menu is great, we ate the Costra de Biftec it was delicious! In the other occasions we had breakfast items cooked and prepared exactly as we order. Prices are reasonable and food flavor is great! Definitely coming back to eat here when we come back in June. Thanks Oscar and all the staff at Mr Waffle for been so accommodating! Strongly recommend it if you are in Playa.

We ordered two omelette keep waiting for the drinks. Keep asking waitress to bring drinks and 40 minutes later she finally brought us coffees. After asking waitress several times for our food and Even though place was pretty empty 45 minutes and still no food. So, we left. Obviously, service is horrible. We never got to the food.
