MY TAXI DRIVER IN CANCUN - 77533 Cancún

The driver was so professional. We used service for 2 days. Both times he was on time and asked us if the AC was okay. One day I finished earlier than scheduled pickup time and he came right away. I really appreciate how they run their business.

Very courteous and friendly driver, arrived on time for pick up, guards didn’t allowed him to enter the apartment complex and he waited for me until I could arrive carrying the luggage, made me feel safe during the trip! I will hire them again and recommend to anybody.

Quick responses with reliable information. If I go back to Cancun, I will only be using this service. Safe and trustworthy for tourists. They don’t rip you off like some other taxis would.

I chose this taxi company due to its 5 star reviews. While the taxi driver was good and nice, this company makes false promises. The taxi driver that drop us off at an event we were attending said to contact him after our event and he would pick us up again and take us back home. Well, that was not the case. I contacted the same phone number that is listed on Google, and the person said they could not pick us up. They said they would get “shot”, but it was still daylight, a tourist area, and even the police was around. It was a bit strange. We were left stranded after our event ended. We did not schedule a back up, because we thought this company was reliable & trustworthy. Unfortunately, that was not the case. Therefore, please be aware of these “false promises” that the company makes, and always have a back up plan, if they “promise” you that they can pick you up afterwards. It was quite a disappointment. Update: this company should say it up front if they could not pick us up to begin with. Nobody would be upset if they would be honest from the start. If they had been honest, we’d understand, but they say thing out of the blue. To us, it all sounded so fake. Additionally, it wasn’t like that was an unknown pick up spot. The spot was literally where we got dropped off. It’s very frustrated to be left hanging in a Country you enjoy visiting. Please be upfront with your customers and no bad reviews will be left. Good service, they don't over charge like a lot of taxi services if you are new to using Spanish. They are fair on their prices and are pretty quick to get to your location. I would recommend them for primary English speakers.

My experience was amazing! Our driver was extremely nice, helpful, and went over an above to make sure we had no issues. I highly recommend. I will definitely be using next time I’m in Cancun!

Amazing experience with this company! Reasonable prices and they were always reliable and on-time. Booking was very easy via WhatsApp and they were quick to respond. There was a particular scenario where one of the guys in my party lost their phone in one of the taxis. I messaged the company and at the time they weren’t aware of any lost items and told me no one had reported anything. So, my friends and I just decided that our friend would just have to buy a new phone as we weren’t able to locate it. The next morning someone from the company called and told me one of the drivers found the phone in the car. We were thrilled! It’s not often that you find honest people that would be willing to turn a lost phone in. They garnered a lot of respect from us for that! We were extremely thankful for them. I’d like to note that their prices were always consistent. When we took other random taxis while we were out to return home, they always overcharged us. Thanks for your service! We’ll definitely be using you again if in Cancun.
