Do NOT transport with this company! I scheduled days in advance and the driver went to the wrong address. Also, I had to get to the airport to go back to the states, and they said they could not go to a second location because I changed the location. I did not change the location, but the driver went to the wrong address. One rep was trying to figure everything out and ARGUED with me about where I was. Then, said I would need to take a taxi to the airport! I asked for a refund back and customer service said they were not going to issue one because the driver went to the address given. They are not responsive at all!!! They could not get a supervisor involved, and after all that would not give me a refund as they did not complete the service! WHO DOES THAT?! Save yourself the trouble and rent a car or use a reliable taxi company.

We met Teresa in the lobby of our resort. She was so patient with us and explained so many of the trips available. She said she had the opportunity to go on a lot of them which was awesome because it gave her first hand experience to share with us. We were happy with the selection of trips although some of the details could have been more clear. One thing I do not recommend is the free shopping trip. This was the worst experience we had in Mexico. You go to a "gallery" but it's really a jewelry store that is super pushy and store associates follow you around to try to make you buy stuff. There is also a "tequila factory" which is not a factory at all They were extraordinarily disorganized and overpriced. I would not recommend this tour.

Our travel agent booked this company for our transfers to and from our resort. We were attending a wedding, so basically everyone was booked with nexus. They took 2 hours to get around to getting us from the airport to hotel, and we considered ourselves lucky. They just didn’t show up period for a large percentage of the wedding group. Horrible company and completely untrustworthy. They are also actually in cahoots with the cab drivers at the airport. The scam is making you wait long enough to get annoyed and say F it, I’ll take a cab. The nexus workers then find you a cab, and take a cut of the cabby’s fare for putting you in a position where you needed a cab yo begin with.

I book this company based on the hotel recommendation and I was very disappointed in their service. Arrived in Cancun was told that I had to wait 10 minutes for my ride, no problem it happens, the young lady who looked at my reservation said are you coming back today am like no am leaving in a week, the reservation was from 1/22 to 1/28 again mistakes happen she said just call and they fix it. 20 minutes later no vehicle for us. After about 30 minutes the young lady got us a ride with a different company . I called on Monday to fix my reservation the guy was my supervisor not here and I don't want you to wait that long we will call as soon as we fix it. Tuesday no one called when I called they were like we will fix it and call u back am like no fix it now it doesn't take that long to change a date especially since it was your mistake my mistake is I didn't cancel right then. got it to fix. On Thursday Jet blue cancel our flight because of the storm but we manage to get on an earlier flight call Nexus and explain the situation and ask for service an hour ahead of schedule got a load of crap again I should have canceled but the request was submitted for 10.30. On Friday I called to confirm my ride will show up at 10.30 the guys never change the time on the computer it still stayed at 11.40. So I had to pay for a new car service because of the incompetence of this company which I will never use again or recommend. If I can give this 0 Stars i would

Hi friends. About 2 weeks ago I had to go to the airport with a transfer from the hotel by this company. An employee of this company saw that I came to the lobby and was waiting for a transfer. I arrived at the lobby early and waited at the door as it was very fresh and cool inside. An employee saw me and said that the transfer would be coming soon. It turns out that the driver came but did not see anyone, he just took it and left... The employee tried to resolve the issue and in the end... after 40 minutes I came to him myself, and he just offered me to take a taxi...). The result is a lost paid transfer and $ 50 extra for a taxi to the airport .... Friends, draw your own conclusions, but I don’t think it’s worth using the services of this company

Enrique out of the Royalton Chic office did a excellent job accommodating our group for different excursions even at last minute. Would definitely use them again.

Our trip to Isla Mujeres was amazing, I chose not to do the snorkeling because the water was very rough, but it did look like a good time. The Island is very beautiful and the food was very outstanding!!! Would definitely do again

We booked Nexus for our transportation to and from the hotel we stayed at in Cancun several months in advance. When we arrived to the Cancun airport we were told that we had to wait 1-1.5 hours because supposedly the Nexus mobiles were in traffic caused by an accident at the entrance/exit of the airport. We were just so glad to finally be at our destination and knew the rep was just the messenger, so we waited without complaint toward him. The thing is many other transportation companies seemed to be coming and going just fine, so it easily may have been an excuse given to us for tardiness. They put us in a shared ride, but again we didn't complain because we were so tired and wanted to just get to our room to eat and rest. We paid for a private ride both ways. I spent the morning of the day before our departure from the hotel chatting with a Nexus rep to establish our pick up time as 11am instead of 12pm like they wanted to. They said we didn't need to be there that early, and I told them I understood but I didn't trust their service to pick us up or get us their in time. So alas they set a 11am pickup time. We started our wait outside of the lobby at 10:40am. When drivers arrived trying to pick up people I went up to several of them asking who they were picking up. None said either of our names. The ones I didn't ask is because I heard the names they called out. By then, however, even the hotel lobby employees knew we were there and waiting for an 11am pickup. Around 11:20am I started sounding the alarms for Nexus which told me their system showed we were a NO SHOW. I thanked the employees in the chats who were helping me because this isn't their fault. I was upset but not surprised. The hotel lobby employee asked if we hadn't heard from Nexus, and I told him I was going to see if they'd send another driver by noon so we could still make it to our flight. Nexus told us to order a taxi and keep the receipt in order to submit it to our "travel agency" to be reimbursed or to get our money back for the reserved transport back. Anyone reading this...please use something else for transport. There are tons more. A taxi felt more reliable honestly, but our friends used transport companies that gave them no issue. It's very much a first-world annoyance for our rides to and from resorts to not be on time or not show up, but it's one that can really put a damper on the experience. I hardly ever write reviews unless something went really bad or really good, and this one definitely was worth writing. Gracias to David and Alejandro Garcia who helped me at least know that Nexus would not be following through with the services promised when we paid.
