Ganze 2 Wochen wurden wir vom Büro ( welches nicht vorort im Niwa war) mit dem zurücküberweisen der Kaution vertröstet. Es hieß andauernd, das es bald gemacht wird. Dann konnten sie mit der Bankverbindung (SEPA) nichts anfangen, dann sollte es per Paypal funktionieren, dann wieder nicht, dann wieder Banküberweisung. Letztendlich haben wir es per PayPal bekommen. Und natürlich wurden die Spesen uns weiterberechnet, obwohl es mit Freundschaftsüberweisung ohne Spesen für beide funktioniert hätte. Habe danach noch versucht das Büro zu erreichen - leider ohne Erfolg.
Fazit: Kaution unbedingt in Cash vorher verlangen!
Accommodation was great. Very friendly and helpful staff on site. Very clean and well maintained. Juan was always available and always tried to find a solution.
We were put off by the office (which was not on site in the Niwa) for a whole 2 weeks with the transfer of the deposit back. It kept saying it would be done soon. Then they couldn't do anything with the bank details (SEPA), then it should work via Paypal, then again not, then bank transfer again. We finally got it via PayPal. And of course the expenses were passed on to us, although it would have worked for both of us with a friendly transfer without any expenses. I then tried to reach the office - unfortunately without success.
Conclusion: Definitely ask for a deposit in cash beforehand!
