Se tardaron mas de un mes en ratificación de firma y todavía perdieron mis papeles y no sabían ni quien llevaba mi caso, al final fueron incesantes llamadas hasta que lo Encontraron

It took more than a month to ratify the signature and they still lost my papers and did not even know who was handling my case, in the end there were incessant calls until they found it
