★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El servicio del lavado estuvo OK pero las condiciones en la sala de espera ya no son las mejores. La máquina de refrescos no sirve, el internet está lentisimo, los sillones están todos dañados aplastados y hace calor en su sala de espera. Espero tomen nota de la observación y les ayude a mejorar.
 The washing service was OK but the conditions in the waiting room are no longer the best. The soda machine is useless, the internet is very slow, the chairs are all crushed and it is hot in your waiting room. I hope you take note of the observation and help them improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención de los lavadores es buena, sin embargo la sala de espera es una porquería. Si vas con niños mejor ni entres a ese foco de infección. Olor a baño sucio, sin A/A sillones con sudor ya adherido a ellos. Le pondría 2 estrellas pero el carro quedo bien y el lavado fue amable.
The attention of the washers is good, however the waiting room is a mess. If you go with children better or enter that focus of infection. Dirty bathroom smell, without A / A chairs with sweat already adhered to them. I would give it 2 stars but the car was good and the washing was friendly.

Deben prestar más atención a esos detalles.
They didn't get a good vacuum, they didn't even lift my mats, they didn't clean the cup holder space. They didn't clean anything inside my car.
They should pay more attention to those details.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio, me dejaron la camioneta por dentro como si no la hubieran lavado, tuve que regresar inmediatamente y cuando reclamé me comentaron que para dejarla limpia se cobraría mas dinero, tuve que pedirles el trapo y ponerme a limpiar enfrente de ellos para demostrar que eran manchas que si se quitaban fácilmente y ellos no movieron ni un dedo y solo me veían lavar a mi el coche. Entiendo que cuando hay arena aveces es muy difícil quitarla pero dejo fotos para que entiendan que no solo fue la arena y que solo pasaron el trapo por “encimita” y hay zonas llenas de polvo y mugre. El que me imagino es el jefe (un joven chaparrito) super prepotente y me dio a entender con su difícil español que para ir ahí hay que llegar con el coche limpio jajajaja
Terrible service, they left the truck inside as if it had not been washed, I had to return immediately and when I complained they told me that to leave it clean they would charge more money, I had to ask them for the cloth and start cleaning in front of them to show that they were Stains that were easily removed and they didn't move a finger and they only saw me wash my car. I understand that when there is sand sometimes it is very difficult to remove it but I leave photos so that you understand that it was not only the sand and that they only wiped the "on top" and there are areas full of dust and grime. The one I imagine is the boss (a short young man) super arrogant and he gave me to understand with his difficult Spanish that to go there you have to arrive with a clean car hahahaha
