 They delivered a horrible arrangement and nothing could be done anymore because I was already at the funeral home and since it is already paid for and delivered, they are crazy!

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente atención al teléfono, muy amables y eficaces, quería rosas azules (había hablado ya a tres florerías y me habían dicho que las consiguiera en otro lugar), ellos me las consiguieron en el mismo día. Aparte me dieron la opción de pagar al recibir en el panteón, e incluso me esperaron diez minutos pasada la hora de la entrega, perfecto. ¡Muchas gracias!
Excellent telephone service, very friendly and effective, I wanted blue roses (I had already spoken to three florists and they had told me to get them elsewhere), they got them for me the same day. Besides they gave me the option to pay when I received in the pantheon, and they even waited for me ten minutes past the time of delivery, perfect. Thank you!
