★ ★ ★ ★ ★ De verdad es frustrante usar esta aplicación los últimos pedidos cancelados, pocas opciones de comida y no resuelven nada. Como restaurantero les digo no utilicen esta App evítense pasar un muy mal rato. Hay otras opciones donde se equivocan mucho menos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estaba contenta hasta el robo que me han hecho ayer, y que su asesor Arturo Zarate no pudo resolver, si no por el contrario me cerro la queja sin darme una solución.
Ajunto pruebas donde claramente se ve que hay un pedido extra en menos de 10 minutos y no coincide con los tiempos, además el domicilio a entregar ni siquiera labora en fines de semana por lo tanto JAMÁS es entregado.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Cuidado con tener esta app para tu restaurante, no pagan lo que dicen, no envían reportes semanales de pagos, hacen cobros de servicios y conceptos que no vienen en el contrato, al contrato le faltan cláusulas, no hay teléfono de atención al cliente ni al restaurantero, no te dan tablet para que trabajes (las otras aplicaciones sí) , los clientes se quejan de los repartidores y del funcionamiento de la aplicación y no los atienden, tienen abandonadas sus redes sociales y llenas de quejas en los comentarios, dice que en la misión es crear la mejor experiencia del cliente, ganaron un premio quesque la mejo app 2015 ??♀️, por messenger watsapp sólo atienden a clientes y no hay atención directa a restaurantes, a grosso modo su app es inservible, quién sabe a cuántos restauranteros y clientes más estén estafando
