Son de muy mala calidad
Compré una silla y las rueditas no funcionan bien, se traban.
También compré dos escritorios y algunos de los agujeros para el ensamble de la madera superior venían desfasados.
I do not recommend buying furniture here
They are of very poor quality
I bought a chair and the wheels do not work well, they get stuck.
I also bought two desks and some of the holes for the top wood assembly were out of date.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo su servicio de garantías, son muy negligentes al momento de dar el servicio. Llevé mi laptop por un problema del display (yo había comprado la garantía extendida de profix), me arreglaron el display en su centro de servicio autorizado y me salen con la novedad de darme descompuesto mi cargador. Se deslindan diciendo que la garantía no cubre cargadores (daño que ellos hicieron), todavía el cínico del centro de servicio tuvo el descaro de decirme que si quería podía cotizarme el cargador. Te hacen dar muchas vueltas y no resuelven nada, NO COMPREN EN OFIX, mejor vayan a otra tienda, de verdad pésimo servicio.
Their warranty service is terrible, they are very negligent when providing the service. I took my laptop because of a display problem (I had bought the profix extended warranty), they fixed the display at their authorized service center and they left me with the news that my charger was broken. They distance themselves by saying that the warranty does not cover chargers (damage they did), yet the cynic at the service center had the nerve to tell me that if I wanted he could quote me the charger. They make you go around a lot and they don't solve anything, DO NOT BUY IN OFIX, better go to another store, really terrible service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Fui por unos cuadernos y lapicera. La atención fue buena, uno de los empleados ayudo a recomendar diferentes diseños. Se ve bastante surtida la papelería. Los precios son aceptables. Tienen estacionamiento amplio. El acceso por la vía de servicio de la autopista es fácil. Recomendado para compras de papelería y ofimática.
I went for some notebooks and a pen. The attention was good, one of the employees helped to recommend different designs. The stationery looks quite assorted. The prices are acceptable. They have ample parking. Access via the motorway service road is easy. Recommended for purchases of stationery and office automation.
