Omni Cancun Vacation Club - 77500 Cancún

My parents stayed and said the resort was great and the food and drinks hit the nail on the head. The rooms and staff were nice as well.

The most awesome 8 night stay and absolutely the friendliest and CLEANEST resort I have ever been too. Thank you for an amazing trip.

I had an interesting experience with Omni Cancun Vacation Club sales team this week. They were super friendly and is an amazing team. Especially, I would give A++ to Carolina Santamaria that works in sales department. She worked really hard to help me with a unique situation I had this week. Overall, I think the member services team is an amazing team. I ended up not buying the vacation club at the end as I felt it would not suit for someone with my vacation habits. For someone that takes vacations regularly, I think the team can offer lot of benefits in the membership. Even when I said I needed to cancel membership immediately after signing up, team worked with me very cordially and refunded me all the money even though I used few services (not much) in the days immediately after purchasing the membership. Their contract had time for 15 days to refund. Their team did an amazing job and got the money refunded on the same day. Overall, I would give 10 stars for the service and may be 4 stars for the vacation club from cost to benefit perspective. I think I a found a friend in Carolina Santamaria in this trip. Also, 4 stars on this review reflects my stay because of my personal situation in this trip, I would have given 5 stars based on the service I have seen.

We have been Vacation Club members for years. After 2 years of not traveling / COVID restrictions we very much enjoyed our return visit to the Omni. We had a room in the main building and it was comfortable, well stocked, had a nice balcony and view of the ocean, and housekeeping did a nice job every day. One big perk of being a member is specially reserved areas at the beach and pool. Saves having to fight for seats every day. We were on the beach most days and it was lovely. Angel and Gabriel were the two handling the members' beach section. Friendly, helpful, attentive, and willing to go the extra mile to do everything they could for guests. The Omni is lucky to have such good employees! Over the years we've seen ups and downs with the Omni, but they are definitely coming out of COVID on an up swing.
