Por cuestiones personales yo como persona tome la decisión de retirarme de dicho evento por lo cual solicite la cancelación y devolución de mi dinero el cual había ido abonando a mi ORDEN DE PEDIDO, me pidieron la documentación correspondiente la cual ya les envié y me han estado dando largas a todo este asunto, la atención con la administración es mediocre y la comunicación es peor, ya van días que intento llamar y creo ya hasta me bloquearon de todos los números que he dado porque solo atiende el buzón de voz. En una ocasión me atendió un tal Juan Ramírez y volví a llamar y me dijeron que ese señor ni figuraba en la empresa. He leído comentarios que su servicio es impecable (cuando te lo proporcionan) pero que pasa cuando quieres cancelar este servicio? Te tratan como si les pudieras regalado.
