Terrible service, they do not deliver the parcel, 1 week for a Mexico-Qro shipment. They don't give information, they don't know anything, terrible.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Unos ineptos, se quedan los paquetes y los envían hasta que se les da la gana, después dicen que ya hicieron visitas cuando el ningún momento las han hecho, también hay casos en que sale que ya entregaron el paquete y ponen una evidencia borrosa y se los roban.
Si pueden, pidan por FedEx y eviten malas experiencias con paqueterías basura como Redpack, Estafeta, etc...
Some inept, they keep the packages and send them until they feel like it, then they say that they have already made visits when at no time they have made them, there are also cases in which it comes out that they have already delivered the package and they put a blurry evidence and they they steal them.
If you can, ask for FedEx and avoid bad experiences with junk parcels like Redpack, Estafeta, etc ...

Terrible service I had to go get my package to their warehouse and they behaved very rude, it is one of the worst packages

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Es de mal gusto que después de la primer visita, tengas que ir a su distribuidor. Me dieron un número de servicio en el cuál nunca contestaron.
Al menos hay un encargado de atenderte el cuál es muy amable.
It is in bad taste that after the first visit, you have to go to your dealer. They gave me a service number in which they never answered.
At least there is a person in charge of assisting you which is very kind.

Son muy atentos y rápidos.
Nada mas que dentro de la nave no hay ningún tipo de señalizacion para saber donde está ubicada exactamente.
Todo lo demás excelente

ME URGE MI PAQUETE Y NO PUEDO HACER NADA.NO VUELVO A MANDAR MENSAJERÍA X ESTÁ PINCHE EMPRESA.

No resuelven nada, se demoran años en dar una repuesta en cuanto un paquete que lleva más de 15 días con el tiempo de entrega excedido y no saben ni dónde se encuentra. Solo se generan reportes pero no dan respuesta. Definitivamente la PEOR paquetería de todas.
Lousy parcel they have no logistics. They don't solve anything, they take years to give an answer as soon as a package that takes more than 15 days with the delivery time exceeded and they don't even know where it is. Only reports are generated but they do not respond. Definitely the WORST package of all.
