Unfortunately the staff turnover makes a good place lower the level, they lack more customer service and they make the cuts as if they were piecemeal bad service

Al llegar otro cliente el "barbero" le dijo a su ayudante "si no tiene cita correlo alav"
Bad service, the barber is wasting his time with his visitors / friends, who by the way occupy the seats for the clients.
When another client arrived, the "barber" told his assistant "if you don't have an appointment, run it to Alav"

Posteriormente saqué cita y ni así me atendieron, me salieron con la excusa de que no me registraron.
No me parece justo que así sin más ni más me nieguen el servicio y cuando es error de ellos.
The first time I went they did not attend me because it is by appointment.
Later I made an appointment and they didn't even attend to me, they left me with the excuse that they didn't register me.
It doesn't seem fair to me that just like that they deny me the service and when it's their mistake.
