Me dieron buenas referencias y los precios son de un servicio profesional, así que confié en ellos. Sin que yo lo pidiera y sin consultarme, me decoloraron todo el largo del mechón “con un peróxido muy bajo” (sólo pedí un retoque de raíz), esto provocó que se me quemara el pelo. Me tuvieron más de 4 horas con peróxido en el cuero cabelludo, dejándome una quemadura severa. Cuando mencioné que me ardía demasiado me dijeron que “era normal“, nunca noté que usaran un temporizador. En lo personal no recomendaría este lugar, menos para hacerse un trabajo con mucho detalle, ya que aparte del daño a mi cabello, me decoloraron partes que no estaban pintadas por no separar bien los mechones. Salí de este lugar con el cuero cabelludo muy lastimado y el cabello tan quemado que no hay reparación más que cortarlo todo pues está completamente muerto. I went to this salon for a root touch-up of some strands of hair that I have bleached in front. They gave me good references and the prices are for a professional service, so I trusted them. Without my asking and without consulting me, they bleached the entire length of the lock “with a very low peroxide” (I only asked for a root touch-up), this caused my hair to burn. They kept me over 4 hours with peroxide on my scalp, leaving me with a severe burn. When I mentioned that I was burning too much they told me "it was normal", I never noticed that they used a timer. Personally, I would not recommend this place, less to do a job with a lot of detail, since apart from the damage to my hair, parts that were not painted were bleached by not separating the strands well. I left this place with a badly damaged scalp and hair so burned that there is no repair other than cutting everything because it is completely dead.
