★ ★ ★ ★ ★ En general, la atención es mala: la pareja de casados que están trabajando ahí siempre atienden de mala gana, son groseros y trabajan con una flojera inmensa. Son selectivos a quien atienden si no tiene cubrebocas: es decir, a todos les piden cubrebocas para atenderlos, menos a aquellos que les caen bien. Si les mencionas su mala atención, su reacción normal es responder altaneramente y que vayas a otra tienda Oxxo "si no te parece".
In general, the service is bad: the married couple who are working there always serve reluctantly, are rude and work with immense laziness. They are selective about who they serve if they do not have face masks: that is, they ask everyone for face masks to attend to them, except for those they like. If you mention their bad attention to them, their normal reaction is to respond haughtily and for you to go to another Oxxo store "if you don't think so."

The worst Oxxo I've ever visited, the staff takes too long to serve you, plus it's not new and plus the girl who served me was super rude, turning her eyes at me :(
