★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Pésimo servicio. Los dependientes no tienen ni idea de los servicios que ofrece cada empresa de mensajería. Quise mandar un documento urgente el lunes a menos de 100km y lo pretendían entregar hasta el jueves. Mejor ir directamente a las oficinas de DHL o de Estafeta o de UPS, las tres están muy cercanas. Ahorrense el disgusto de ir a esta oficina. En DHL de Quevedo me dieron el servicio que necesitaba(recepción 6pm, entrega 10:30 am del día siguiente)
Terrible service. Dependents have no idea of the services offered by each courier company. I wanted to send an urgent document on Monday at less than 100km and they intended to deliver it until Thursday. Better go directly to the offices of DHL or Estafeta or UPS, all three are very close. Save yourself the disgust of going to this office. In DHL de Quevedo they gave me the service I needed (reception 6pm, delivery 10:30 am the next day)
