★ ★ ★ ★ ★ están bien los cuartos, sin embargo los cuartos creo están mal equipados, +5000 pesos el cuarto para que no tenga aire y solo se limiten a un ventilador que no puedes mover de lugar, me he hospedado en hoteles de 3 estrellas con mejor refrigeración, las camas son cómodas y los baños son buenos, el servicio de recepción pues, meh, fue decente pero puede mejorar, el buffet está bien X, no vale el precio.
nota: el cuarto no tenía internet lo cual se me hace extraño en un hotel de esta calidad.
 The rooms are fine, however I think the rooms are poorly equipped, +5000 pesos per room so that they do not have air and they are only limited to a fan that you cannot move from place to place, I have stayed in 3-star hotels with better cooling, the beds are comfortable and the bathrooms are good, the reception service well, meh, it was decent but could improve, the buffet is ok X, not worth the price.
note: the room did not have internet which seems strange to me in a hotel of this quality.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Visiting family in Mexico we decided to take a last minute trip to the water park. I really wanted to rest so I checked myself into a room at Palmas. A bit pricey but definitely the nicest hotel I've stayed at during my entire trip. Had a great view of the pool from my balcony.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ The hotel look new and well maintained. there are fresh flowers in the lobby and reception areas. The rooms are large with lots of amenities, including a free minibar containing soft drinks and water. Overall, the place has lots of potential.
The hotel is located inside a water park. All (but one) of the pools were empty, making the place feels like an abandoned ghost hotel. There was no AC in the room (in any room), but it was much needed as the room was super hot. We were able to get a fan, though. The staff doesn't speak english.
