★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Tiene precios accesibles para fiestas y eventos, pero ya no he comprado porque siempre se equivocan de los pedidos que mande hacer de pasteles, yo pedía los pasteles grandes que ellos manejan y terminaban dándome uno pequeño, de diferente sabor y de color, y lo peor es que terminaba pagando lo mismo, no me hacían la diferencia del pastel grande a uno chico, por eso la última vez que compre yo confiando que ahora sí se iban a aplicar en mi pedido de pastel para una fiesta en grande, me terminaron dando otra cosa que nada que ver con lo que había encargado, yo creo que ellos tienen una pésima organización internamente al manejar los pedidos.
Espero que ahora sí se apliquen en los pedidos que las personas les van haciendo, y si no les respetan lo que ustedes pidieron están en su derecho a pedir su reembolso, que en ese momento les preparen su pedido, o simplemente ir a la Profeco a dar su reclamación.
Si alguien ha tenido la misma experiencia con ellos aquí pueden escribir lo que les sucedio.
It has affordable prices for parties and events, but I have not bought anymore because they are always wrong with the orders they send for cakes, I ordered the big cakes they handle and they ended up giving me a small one, with a different flavor and color, and the worst is that I ended up paying the same, they did not make the difference of the big cake to a boy, so the last time I bought trusting that now they were going to apply in my cake order for a big party, I ended up giving another something that nothing to do with what I had ordered, I believe that they have a lousy organization internally when handling orders.
I hope that now they are applied in the orders that people are doing, and if they do not respect what you asked they are entitled to ask for your refund, that at that moment they prepare your order, or simply go to the Profeco give your claim
