★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La señorita que atiende es muy déspota y no te pregunta nada mandas paquete y cualquier error no se puede corregir porque el cliente tiene la culpa pero como es uno culpable si no pregunta mis datos y el encargado no da la cara para las aclaraciones está OCUPADO

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Servicio deplorable, más de una hora para que me reciban mi paquete con solo 6 personas delante de mi. De las 2 personas que están atendiendo no se hace una ya que entre cada paquete se meten a su bodega unos 10 minutos.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ 3 módulos y solo 1 atendiendo, había 2 filas, los que tienen cuenta y los que no, se va el que atiende los de cuenta y los que quedan se turnan entre la otra fila, que mal servicio en recepción y entrega y tan buen servicio de la línea, aunque veo que les valen los comentarios negativos

Duré más de 1 hora formado con 10 personas adelante de mi.. las facturas no llegan dicen que es problema del sistema que no las envía ,los teléfonos no contestan hay que asistir a sucursal y es peor que el trámite del divorcio . Les recomiendo hacer uno mismo la factura en línea. Espero les sirva de algo mi humilde opinión.
Terrible service... I lasted more than 1 hour formed with 10 people in front of me... the invoices do not arrive, they say that it is a problem of the system that does not send them, the phones do not answer, you have to go to the branch and it is worse than the procedure of the divorce . I recommend doing the invoice yourself online. I hope my humble opinion is of some use to you.
