Boxing, yoga, gym, and Massage therapy, cacao retreats and more! I Enjoyed all of it every single day!!! There’s also delicious fresh smoothies for post workout Its a no miss even to watch the sunset while sweating it.?

I found this this amazing gym in September and have been going ever since, it’s situated right on the beach in Zicatela, Puerto Escondido. If you’re hungry after your workout there are smoothies, juices and protein bowls available, also the staff are super friendly and always there if you need to ask any questions.

Equipment is custom made but dumbells are unbalanced, benches look cool but are uncomfortable. Entrance fee is also a bit too high with 1k pesos for a week. So, recommended for an unusual experience but not so much if a good workout is 1st priority

Most of the equipment is custom made — wooden dumbbells and plates, weirdly mcguyvered pulley machine, etc. but! You can actually get a good workout here. Between dumbbells that go up to 30kg and an actual barbell and pull-up and rings there’s (sort of) enough equipment. The only downside is that daily pass is 250 pesos which I find to be a bit too much.
