★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Iba a recoger un pedido de un pastel se suponía que mi pastel estaría desde las 17 hrs fui a recogerlo a hasta las 19 hrs me hicieron esperar una hra aproximadamente y resultó que la producción venía retrazada y querían que esperara una hra más cuando en la nota deje mi número y en ninguno momento me llamaron para notificar su problema de falta de personal o retrazo de su producción por eso mi calificación.
 I was going to pick up an order for a cake. My cake was supposed to be from 5:00 p.m. I left my number and at no time they called me to report their problem of lack of personnel or delay in their production, which is why my qualification.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Los pasteles son deliciosos, los mejores que he probado, pero su atención es pésima, cuando no tienen cambio, no tiene sistema su terminal bancaria o quieres un pastel y apenas van a cerrar y te niegan el servicio. Por favor que el dueño haga algo con sus empleadas, parece que siempre están enojadas.
The cakes are delicious, the best I have ever had, but their attention is terrible, when they have no change, their bank terminal does not have a system or you want a cake and they are just going to close and they deny you the service. Please let the owner do something with his employees, it seems they are always angry.

Desde hace años a pesar de la mala atención de quien atiende regresábamos por la excelente gama, calidad y sabor de los pasteles pero de un tiempo acá la calidad de los mismos ha decaído horriblemente, ya van 2 ocasiones en que el pan está duro y seco, no hay variedad y los ingredientes de la cubierta y relleno de malísima calidad, pareciera que el pastel a granel del súper está mejor.
Very disappointed. For years, despite the poor attention of those who attended, we returned for the excellent range, quality and flavor of the cakes but for a time here the quality of them has declined horribly, and there are 2 occasions when the bread is hard and dry , there is no variety and the ingredients of the cover and filling of very poor quality, it seems that the bulk cake of the super is better.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Les daría 5 estrellas pero el servicio es malo, las personas que atienden no tienen idea de lo que es atención y excelente servicio, espero el dueño lea los comentarios de todos lo que vivimos mal servicio en su negocio y que haga la prueba y mandé a alguien a comprar un pastel 10 minutos antes del cierre y así se dará cuenta de lo que sus clientes se quejan.
Los pasteles son muy ricos y en especial les recomiendo el de 4 chocolates. Pero habemos quienes no regresamos por qué no tenemos necesidad de ver malas caras.
I would give them 5 stars but the service is bad, the people who attend have no idea what attention and excellent service is, I hope the owner reads the comments of all of us who experienced bad service in their business and who did the test and sent someone to buy a cake 10 minutes before closing and so you will realize what your customers complain about.
The cakes are very rich and I especially recommend the 4 chocolates. But we have those who do not return because we do not need to see bad faces.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Estaba por consumir pero la señorita no quiso atenderme, ya que me espere un rato pero ella nunca dejo su celular, se veía que estaba en su red social.... Me quedé con las ganas del pastel.
I was about to consume but the lady didn't want to attend to me, since I waited a while but she never left her cell phone, you could see that she was on her social network.... I was left wanting the cake.
