I booked a reservation online for my wife and when she arrived at the airport 2 weeks later they just told her they did not have a car. They also stated they had tried to reach her but did not have a number to call her at which is false because the reservation required a phone number. Them not having cars is also false what happens is that it’s a Holiday and they have a high demand so they do not want to let go of a car for the price it was booked 2 weeks ago. Esta Agencia es una basura le reserve a mi esposa un auto dos semanas antes en linea y el dia que llego a Culiacan le dijeron que no habia carros disponibles. Siendo dia festivo el 20 de Noviembre es obvio que no le quieren dar el carro para rentarlo mas caro debido a la alta demanda que hay de autos.

Then when you arrive there they say that the insurance you paid for does not work and ask for $300 dollars more for the lowest costing of there options . SCAMMERS TOOK THE 100 DOLLARS I USED TO PAY FOR THE BOOKING ONLINE. which included everything. They are the definition of dishonest scammers!
