Después de esperar cerca de 20 min llego otra persona, amigo de los empleados y paso primero que yo (sin cita). Al parecer hay personas que reciben mejor trato basado en amistad. Yo sólo buscaba hacerme un corte cabello como la mayoría de las personas que acuden aquí. Así que decidí retirarme de este establecimiento, yo creo que mi tiempo no vale ni más ni menos que lo de estas personas. Así que debería de tener más atención con su clientela. Customer service is lousy. Upon arriving at the place they told me that there were two people waiting if they liked to wait. After waiting about 20 minutes, another person arrived, a friend of the employees and went before me (without an appointment). Apparently there are people who receive better treatment based on friendship. I was just looking to get a haircut like most of the people who come here. So I decided to withdraw from this establishment, I believe that my time is worth neither more nor less than those of these people. So you should pay more attention to your clientele.
