Entre que el servicio normal más "2 uñas.enterradas pero me.hicieron el gran favor de.recomendarme 2.medicamentos. fue un robo!! Y pon peor. Casi. Por favor pregunten e informense para no caer en sorpresas"
Su respuesta deja muy claro que están describiendo situaciones que no ocurrieron. El cliente no es el centro de su negocio.
The cost seemed excessive to me. From an initial fee of 340 for the podiatry service, I ended up paying 1200 pesos. Among the normal service plus "2 buried nails but they did me the great favor of recommending me 2 drugs. It was a robbery !! And put worse. Almost. Please ask and inform yourselves so as not to fall into surprises"
Their response makes it very clear that they are describing situations that did not occur. The customer is not the center of your business.
