Tour muy completo, se antoja más tiempo en cada locación pero debido a que íbamos a un lugar lejos (Chichen Itzá) se entiende perfectamente el itinerario. El guía fue muy amable y conocía mucho del lugar. Fue una grata experiencia. Nos atendió Gamaliel en el stand y nuestro guía el día del tour fue Francisco.

Compré el tour Chichen Itza clásico con el señor César Alemán, quien me aseguró que íbamos con una "buena agencia", estaríamos a primera hora en Chichen Itza y regresaríamos a Playa de Carmen hacia las 7pm, lo cual era primordial para mis planes de viaje, ya que requería llegar esa noche a antes de las 8pm. Sin embargo, nada de esto se cumplió, nos recogieron a las 7am para llevarnos a la agencia y hacer el check-in del tour, por lo cual terminamos saliendo de Playa a las 8.30 para recoger más personas en Tulum y llegar a Chichen Itza hacia la 1pm. En consecuencia, regresamos a Playa del Carmen hacia las 9.50pm, lo cual me causó muchos gastos adicionales. Aunque el tour no fue malo, la agencia y el vendedor no fueron honestos, mintieron con el propósito de asegurar la venta sin tener en cuenta las consecuencias para mí. Adicionalmente, al ser intermediarios el tour sale un poco más costoso que si se hubiera sacado directamente con la agencia que realizó el tour.

Deux jours d'activités. Visite de Chichen itza, cenote et journée VTT et découverte de grotte où nous avons nagé et explorer. Le personnel est incroyablement compétent et sympathique. Nous sommes pris en charge du début à la fin. Gamaliel le représentant qui nous a conseillé pour l'aventure était à l'écoute de nos besoins. Je vous recommande sans hésiter de faire affaire avec eux. Je donne une note de 10/10 et si je pouvais en donner plus je le ferrais. ???? Gracias ?

La asesoría de Gamaliel fue muy buena, nos aclaró todas las dudas, nos dio sugerencias para qué la visita a cada lugar fuera aprovechada al máximo. Los horarios pactados al momento de comprar se cumplieron sin ningún contra tiempo.

They are not the direct providers of the tour and they are dishonest in order to sell. When I was asking for Chichen-Itza tours I was very clear with different sellers that I needed to arrive early to Playa del Carmen, and a lot of them informed me that the tour ended around 9pm, but in this agency I was told that we would arrive at 7pm, so I agreed to buy with them. None of this was true, the whole morning was wasted waiting at the direct agency and picking up other clients in other cities, so we returned to Playa del Carmen almost at 10pm. I recommend to do the tours directly with the Cancun Bay agency, since they are the direct suppliers.

My hubby and I have a nice time in CANCUN, we took the best tours available. We lucky had Gamaliel advise. he guided us in the best places and days for our tours. Everything went so smoothly. In the airport you find ppl offering free tour if you spend one of your valuable vacation days with a guy trying to sell a hotel’s membership, not worth. We get a package with three tours for the same agency and we get a discount, but most important we have a incredible experience

Gamaliel set us up with a 2 day tour to the cenotes and Cozumel and they were both picture perfect! He was kind, patient, and quick to respond if we needed help/clarification! We loved going on the tours, they were fun filled day of adventures. I would definitely recommend connecting with Gamaliel :)
