★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Las casas están supera padres, amplias y espaciosas. Muy buena ventilación, excelente ubicación, super cerca de la playa y de las principales avenidas principales de Playa del Carmen. El acceso es muy seguro y las zonas comunes están siempre limpias y muy bien cuidadas. Por el momento no hay tanto vecino, por lo que la hace una excelente compra.
