S	Sarah S on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Thieves operate on this route targeting tourists. They had a routine and clearly did it regularly. If you must use this service sit near the front and keep your bag on your lap, although as another reviewer mentioned, seat reservations are not respected and you are told to 'sit anywhere' by the driver and the seats at the back are suspiciously empty. The thefts are never investigated because tourists always opt to get a report from police and go home rather than await a lengthy investigation. So they will continue to happen.

B	Benjamin Harrison on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Love the buses and bus drivers but the service and lines are awful, we bought a ticket 15minutes before we had to leave and waited on the terminal for an hour, it had already left early. I explained that to the ticket woman and manager and they basically said We all had to buy new tickets. Very rude about it too... sooo Get there 30 minutes ahead and make sure the bus didn't leave is my advice.

The bus leaves from the alterna terminal at 12:40 am (middle of the night) and makes stops in Tulum, Chetumal and some others. It’s about 5hrs to the boarder and 9hrs to Belize city. It costs 885 pesos and we purchased our tickets at the bus terminal a few days in advance. I spent a lot of time searching online trying to book tickets and couldn’t find anything until after we purchased our tickets in person. Overall, it was a decent experience and we were able to get a lot of sleep on the ride. The a/c is very cold so bring a long sleeve shirt or jacket. Since we flew into Mexico we had already paid the departure tax in the cost of our flight so we did not need to pay anything when crossing the boarder. Although it didn’t appear that anyone on the bus was required to pay the departure tax.
M	Miguel Angel on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Took the bus here ADO and it was easy to purchase and easy to travel from one place to another. The locals get a discount but overall it's not expensive. They have USB charges on the bus. Free WiFi on the terminal and you have washrooms as well as restaurant.

We were waiting patiently for our bus before time and when we went up to the driver at the correct time he said there was no space on the bus and told us to wait for the next one. When the next one arrived they said it’s not our bus and that it had already left. There was plenty of space on the other buses to Tulum but they said we couldn’t get on because we had missed ours and we had to pay for another half ticket. We spent 2.5 hours waiting at this bus stop (the next bus was 2 hours after the original one) and everyone was beyond rude when dealing with the situation. Not how you want to spend your holiday..opt for the collectivos whenever possible
N	Nancy Grape on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ It's very clean and not too crowded. Went to buy my ticket to the airport several days before. No problem communicating even though I don't speak any Spanish. The driver was very nice. He even told me which terminal to get off.
