★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Do not book with Karina Berkli, maraca tours or playa de concierge are the names she operates under, extremely unorganized, we arrived with a group of 16 adults and 3 children, no one at the dock even knew who she was or why we were there, our driver tried calling her, no answer. You will be promised things and she will not deliver and then keep your desposit and not even discount it from your tour price be warned

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me and my partner went on this tour beginning of April. The tour guide Sandrina was fabulous, very informative and knowledgeable and provided us with with all the relevant info we needed prior to attended and on the day.
My partner also isn’t a very strong swimmer and she was very reassuring and there was no pressure to be involved in any of the activities.
We saw several big and small grass sea turtles and some fish, it was mind blowing. Really was amazing.
A snack and drinks also provided.
We then went to a gorgeous crystal clear blue water cenote 20mins further down. Really a must see in Mexico.
Overall this trip is well worth the money and akumal is a place to visit in Mexico!

We had no idea what we were getting ourselves into with the Cenote experience, but was sure a memory to last a lifetime! I highly recommend working with Playa Del Concierge.
