Fantastic service, wonderful salad and the Chilies en Nogata was marvelous.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I stayed at Suite Plaza Magnolias and Plaza Magnolias ! I moved from Plaza to Suite just because of noise around my room. I contacted Managment and they move me with no problem. The restaurant is very good , service is very good as well. Location is excellent. Good and comfortable beds . Love to give 5 stars but noise around did not like at all.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ So first off, we made a reservation at the main hotel. However when we arrived we were told that they were overbooked and would be sending us to their annex a block away. Which is fine, but I really wish we had been told in advanced that they might have to do that.
Anyways, at first I was pleasantly surprised with the place. Good sized rooms, spacious bathroom, excellent location. Lamentably the staff left more than enough to be desired, and there was absolutely no peace and quiet. My spouse and I were awoken every morning at 6:30 am by the sound of construction - saws, hammering, 4x4s banging, you name it. When my spouse asked the front desk about it they were rudely told that it was the neighboring parking garage, that they couldn't do anything about it, and that it wasn't their problem. Now, I understand that construction won't actually go on forever, but do you really want your room sharing a wall with a parking garage? I personally will never be going back there.
