No saben atender a los pacientes no tienen absolutamente nada de ética profesional .
Hay una persona q está en el servicio principal,q especificamente hoy me saco de la sala de una manera muy grosera.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ La atención recibida por el personal del médico general, fue muy, pero muuuuuuy mala, desde el momento en que llegué y toque el timbre la recepcionista no salio solo gritaba desde adentro que solo podía pasar el paciente cabe mencionar que ya era de noche 11:30 pm y la persona que llevaba era un adulto mayor con la presión arterial muy alta y a la recepcionista no le importaba, no permitió el ingreso del carro para bajar al paciente lo más cerca posible, y después sacar el vehículo, atendieron de mala gana al paciente y cuándo cobraron la consulta y pague me salieron con que no tenían cambio y que tenia que llevar cambio, la consulta fue de $350 y pague con un billete de $500, de muy mala gana esta tipa saca cambio de su bolsa y me da el cambio, después de que fui a buscar cambio, ( sali a buscar donde cambiar y regrese lo mas rápido pues a esa hora no había nada abierto) en definitiva, ni en el seguro social, con la persona mas altanera y grosera. siente uno tan mal trato. y uno entiende cuando tienen mucho trabajo y estan estresadas, pero no tenían nada de gente y ahora entiendo porque, sólo porque ya no sabía a dónde llevar a mi paciente a esa hora, pues no estaba en condiciones de seguir buscando, y solo porque es una persona de sexo femenino no le dije nada, pero si sentía una inmensa gana de darle su merecido, pues es lamentable la actitud que toma y la importancia de que en ese momento lleva uno la necesidad del servicio. Ojalá puedan enseñarle a dar una atención humana a la gente.

Es diciembre y hace frío ! No tienen humanidad ! Pésimo!!! No lo recomiendo para nada!! Deberían claurusarlos.!!!

-Nunca contestan el teléfono
-No hay Dr/Dra 24/7. únicamente te recibe una enfermera para decirte que no hay Dr/Dra y que llega después.
-Marqué en varias ocasiones y no respondían, al llegar me percaté que la enfermera estaba usando el teléfono y hasta que no termino su plática, me hizo caso.
Les servicio va en decadencia
