★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Excelente Hotel, calidez en todo el personal, las habitaciónes son excelentes, cómodas, higiénicas y con un estilo único, la decoración es como visitar un museo de arte local de muy buen gusto, cuenta con área de juegos infantiles hermosas áreas de estar, cafetería y restaurant todo en el mismo lugar.
Excellent Hotel, warmth in all the staff, the rooms are excellent, comfortable, hygienic and with a unique style, the decoration is like visiting a local art museum in very good taste, has a playground for children beautiful living areas, cafeteria and restaurant all in the same place.

Cuenta con área para niños muy completo y muy seguro.
El menú es pequeño pero tiene lo necesario para pasar un momento agradable como son crepas, waffle, baguetes, club sandwich
Y para tomar hay té, chocolate y cafés.
Lo recomiendo para pasar un rato tranquilo en familia o amigos...
The hotel restaurant is very cozy.
It has a very complete and very safe area for children.
The menu is small but has what you need to have a good time such as crepes, waffles, baguettes, club sandwiches
And to drink there is tea, chocolate and coffees.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Me encantó. Tiene excelente ubicación cerca del centro. El precio es un poco más alto que el resto, pero el servicio es muy bueno y son muy amables. Sus mermeladas son caseras y son deliciosas. El servicio de cocina es hasta las tres de la tarde. Es una buena opción para descansar.
I loved. It has excellent location near the center. The price is a bit higher than the rest, but the service is very good and they are very friendly. Their jams are homemade and they are delicious. The kitchen service is until three in the afternoon. It is a good option to rest.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El ambiente muy tranquilo y relajado, la decoración hermosa y regional, muy acogedor. Cuenta con área de juegos para niños bien equipada. El servicio (al menos por la tarde-noche en la cafetería) es lento. El sazón es bueno pero los alimentos llegan tibios y la cantidad de los aderezos y guarniciones no va con el de los alimentos (te sirven 2 waffles con casi nada de nutella/philadelphia y media bola de helado en vez de una bola completa). Las bebidas son buenas. Por estos motivos me parece que la relación precio-calidad podría mejorar.
The very calm and relaxed atmosphere, the beautiful and regional decoration, very cozy. It has a well-equipped playground for children. The service (at least in the afternoon in the cafeteria) is slow. The seasoning is good but the food arrives warm and the amount of the dressings and side dishes does not go with that of the food (they serve you 2 waffles with almost nothing of nutella / philadelphia and half a ball of ice cream instead of a full ball). The drinks are good. For these reasons it seems to me that the price-quality ratio could improve.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Rooms are clean and spacious, as San Cristobal may seem a bit cold for some people, the staff offered us extra blankets, and heating. Our room had a decent internet connection, and beds were really comfortable. The hotel has a restaurant, and the breakfast was tasty. They have room service.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ I really recommend this Hotel in San Cristobal if I ever comeback this will be with no doubt my place to stay again. The rooms are very clean they have super hot water in the showers, a garage so you can park your car and just walk to the plaza. The stuff is really nice, the restaurant serves great food and fantastic Mexican bread. The one thing this hotel don’t have is air conditioning in their rooms, for some people this might be bad, but it wasn’t for me, I guess is just a matter on what season you visit San Cristobal. The price I think might be on the high side compare to other hotels but I think it is worth the price.
