★ ★ ★ ★ ★ El pollo sin duda es de calidad, el servicio del personal que atiende puede mejorar. Lo que no me gusta es que cuando compro no me dan ticket a menos que lo exija. Y en dos ocasiones no me dieron ticket en esa sucursal y llamé al teléfono donde indican que que hagamos el reporte de que no entregan el ticket y en el anuncio dice que de lo contrario la compra será gratis y la señorita de Atención a Clientes de ese número de teléfono me dijo que mi reclamo no procedía, que si no me dieron ticket pues ni modo. Entonces porqué ponen sus anuncios? Y porqué no dan ticket?
The chicken is undoubtedly of quality, the service of the staff that attends it can improve. What I don't like is that when I buy they don't give me a ticket unless I ask for it. And on two occasions they did not give me a ticket at that branch and I called the phone where they indicate that we make the report that they do not deliver the ticket and in the announcement it says that otherwise the purchase will be free and the Customer Service lady of that phone number told me that my claim was not proceeding, that if they did not give me a ticket then no way. So why do they put their ads? And why don't they give a ticket?
