★ ★ ★ ★ ★ No tienen criterios para poder evaluar los productos para empeñar; se basan en lo que dice la mayoría y te hacen perder tiempo en lo que se ponen de acuerdo. Piden un mínimo de 50% de batería para empeñar, y me regresaron mi celular totalmente descargado y encontré aplicaciones que yo no descargué. Utilizan los productos, no etiquetan hasta que te retiras de la tienda. No es de confianza el personal.
They have no criteria for evaluating pawn products; they are based on what the majority says and they make you waste time on what they agree on. They ask for a minimum of 50% battery to pawn, and they returned my fully discharged cell phone and I found applications that I did not download. They use the products, they don't label until you leave the store. The staff is not trusted.
