A	Alberth Suarez on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Desgraciadamente como la mayoría de los locales de Ixtapa y Zihuatanejo, el personal da la información a cuenta gotas, siempre están enojados y de los 3 que hay en el mostrador no se hace uno. Ojalá cambien de actitud, porque la verdad no dan ganas de regresar. Unfortunately, like most of the locals in Ixtapa and Zihuatanejo, the staff gives the information dropwise, they are always angry and of the 3 at the counter, one does not make one. I hope they change their attitude, because the truth does not make you want to return.
R	Rodolfo Salvador Galvan Zuñiga on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Una realmente pequeña terminal de autobuses, básicamente es un local de 4 por 4, sin embargo cuenta con 3 filas de sillas así como aire acondicionado que realmente se agradece mucho cuando esperas a que sea tu hora de abordaje, también cuenta con pantallas para ver la televisión, NO cuenta con baño para clientes,.Queda Muy cerca de la zona hotelera ( Tesoro, Barcelo, Park Royal entre otros). y también cerca de el mercado de artesanías. Sin embargo el personal en ocasiones tiene pésima actitud. NO todos aclaro. A really small bus terminal, basically it is a 4 by 4 place, however it has 3 rows of chairs as well as air conditioning that is really appreciated when you wait for your boarding time, it also has screens to see the television, does NOT have a bathroom for customers,. It is very close to the hotel zone (Tesoro, Barcelo, Park Royal among others). and also close to the handicraft market. However, the staff sometimes have a terrible attitude. NOT all clarify.
O	Osvaldo R. on Google ★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Local está pequeño, tardamos mucho en encontrarlo. Tiene Omnibus, al parecer no es muy frecuente de salidas o llegadas ya que la mayoría llega a Zihuatanejo. Desventajas: Que es un mini local donde comparten la terminal tres lineas de autobuses. Autovías, parhikuni y Primera Plus. la gente esta muy apretada esperando que arribe el autobús y te hacen caminar hacia la calle de atrás para abordar. Batalle para encontrarla, pero funcional, con aire acondicionado (refrigeración) el personal aunque atento sufren de mal del Celular les falta mejorar su actitud ☺️ Small place, because they do not mention that it is on the side of the IXTAPA letters?
