Prodive crew at Occidental xcaret was hands down the Best, with there expertise in scuba i became PADI certified as well as experiencing the magnificent reefs off of both Playa de Carmen and Cozumel!! From morey eels to the abundance of colorful fish large and small and the amazing caves and crevices discovered by Jaques Cousteau. I can't thank you enough- Raphael Ociris Natalia David Valeria Elisabete Laura Gustav and all that has made this happen. Hopefully see you soon!!

Me and my Girlfriend had two local dives at playa del Carmen, those were well organized with friendly stuff and perfect equipment. The next two dives we had at one of the cenotes unfortunately my and my girlfriends BCD was leaking. As we got the spare BCD even those were leaking as I got the third BCD the deflator valve (i had to convince the staff several times this should not be the case with such important parts of equipment) and one of the belt was broken. Finally after 2.5 hrs waiting and testing BCDs I could dive with a broken belt. Thats not acceptable for a 5 star divingcenter. One leaking BCD might be ok but not 4 BCDs especially not the spare BCDs. During briefing they told us that we should ask for new tanks if its less than 210 bar filled. My tank was already at 190 cause of testing of all BCDs as I was asking for another one, then I had to convince the instructor to get a new one. Afterwards he was complaining about me towards colleagues in spanish but he didn't consider that I sunderstand spanish well enough. Thats not nice towards customers. Dives were nice cause of location but organization and equipment are not even worth 1 star. Equipment on excursions is of total different quality and condition they use for local dives. Can not recommend this dive center for excursions also pricing is complex and more expensive than others.

Pro dive at Occidental Xcarat - These folks are GREAT, we did a couple of dives with Carlos as our dive instructor and he was just excellent, great coach, adaptive and really made sure my daughter (13) and I had a great learning experience. The whole team were really helpful and friendly, would recommend to anyone.

Carlos was amazing at organizing the trip for us; extremely kind and informative. Leo was an incredible guide. He made the day really fun and gave us the history of the Cenote, Dos Ojos, and the Mayan people. Would have paid double for the experience. We got to swim with huge turtles, a sting ray, small fish, and the underwater river/cave was gorgeous. 10/10 recommend.

We met the most amazing people who work for ProDive International in the Mayan Riviera. Their names were Aurelie, Sol, Dominique, Erika, and Gabriel. The first 3 were very helpful in setting up my husbands scuba Dive, and Dominique was the most amazing instructor for my trial scuba session and my husbands recertification dive. He was absolutely top-notch. Very informative, kind, patient and gave absolute attention to all detail. Erika was wonderful and warm as she co-ordinated the diving and snorkelling tour. Also, Gabriel was the snorkelling instructor that guided us through the whole day and took us on 2 wonderful snorkelling excursions near Cozumel. We met these people while we stayed at a resort in the Mayan Riviera, called Peurto Venturas Dreams. All the employees in this company were very attentive to safety at all times. I recommend this Dive company and these employees highly!!

Pro Dive Cozumel cancelled the afternoon dive because of waves. Not a north wind that would shut down the Marina but a south wind. When asked for a refund they said no refunds. Woman was really snotty! She said we don’t give refunds. I told her they failed to provide the service then she offered to book the next day. We offered to swim to the dive boat if coming to the dock was the deciding factor, she snottily said ‘“I said no dives today”. Meanwhile I’m at the pool watching dive boats and divers in the water. Don’t book multiple dives with this group. Single dives only, other operators are diving. As seen in pictures weather conditions and dive boat on distance.

We did 7 dives off Cozomel the staff was amazing and friendly and cleaned and stored our gear each day. Floreian, Rudy, and Casey were fun dive masters and pointed out, and found all the cool creatures. They were very attentive to safety really made us enjoy our trip. Rudy also turned us onto good restaurants in town so we got to enjoy the island like locals. Highly recommend diving with Pro Dive.

Great place to dive with. Nico was excellent on communicating when dives would happen and how to get where I needed to go. Alex was a phenomenal instructor and you can tell he’s very passionate about diving. He always made sure we were doing things correctly and safely. Will absolutely be diving again and would go with pro dive if I’m back.
