Very bad service, the advisors are bureaucrats, they look for a way not to give you the service, arguing any nonsense to not serve you, despite having all the requested documents, this institution disappoints me.

Es un poco tardado porque tienes que ir primero a pedir informes y sacar una cita para entregar papeles. Y ahí es cuando te dan fecha para audiencia se tardan un mes para cada cita, por que se ve que tienen mucho trabajo pero al final valió la pena. Personally they treated me well, and helped me solve my problem. It's a bit slow because you have to go first to ask for information and make an appointment to deliver papers. And that's when they give you a hearing date, they take a month for each appointment, because you can see that they have a lot of work, but in the end it was worth it.

Cabe aclarar que me mandaron de las oficinas de Leona Vicario a estás oficinas echándose la bolita una a otra. Terrible service.
