★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Está todo bien acomodado y el personal es muy amable pero se siente muy caluroso el lugar como que tienen el aire al mínimo y eso que éramos pocos clientes lo cual hace que uno se quiera ir pronto por la incomodidad.
Everything is well accommodated and the staff is very friendly but the place feels very warm as they have the air to a minimum and that we were few customers which makes one want to leave soon due to the discomfort.

★ ★ ★ ★ ★ Radico en la CDMX y la tienda me encanta, desafortunadamente la Srita Sofía gerente de la tienda (quien se negó a darme su nombre completo) en Multiplaza de Ciudad Madero, me negó el ingreso a la tienda por pedir que me tomara la temperatura en el cuello y no en la frente como lo estaba haciendo el joven de la entrada (quien también se negó a darme su nombre). Es lamentable que el personal desconozca los protocolos de seguridad que pueden aplicarse para ingreso a los establecimientos, invito a administrativos de nivel superior que capaciten correctamente a los empleados de la tienda para que puedan realizar su trabajo de manera adecuada y no se demerite el trato a los clientes que consumimos sus productos y recibimos sus servicios.
I live in CDMX and I love the store, unfortunately, Ms. Sofía, the manager of the store (who refused to give me her full name) in Multiplaza in Ciudad Madero, denied me entry to the store for asking me to take my temperature in the neck and not on the forehead as the young man at the entrance was doing (who also refused to give me his name). It is unfortunate that the staff is unaware of the security protocols that can be applied to enter the establishments, I invite higher level administrators to properly train the store employees so that they can perform their work properly and the treatment of the customers who consume your products and receive your services.
